How to Use Find and Replace?

If you have ever needed to rename a specific company name across a 5,000-word contract, you know how vital "find and replace" is. Instead of hunting through text manually, you can automate it.

1. Paste your source text into the large box.
2. Type the word you want to remove into the Find field.
3. Type the new word into the Replace with field.
4. Check Case-sensitive if you only want precise capitalization matches.
5. Check Whole word only so you don't accidentally replace parts of other words (e.g., replacing "pen" won't alter "open").
6. Click Replace All to perform the swap.
